The STREEX organizational management concept is a new approach to traditional management concepts. The fundamental concepts of organizational management is a focus on strategy and execution. Frameworks focus on developing planning and execution, then executing to the plan. This creates an 80-20 dynamic of focusing on the execution, minus the preparation of the organization and forgetting the culture.
